Graduated in Law Degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana and from the Master's Degree in Corporate Law at the Universidad Anáhuac. He has attended a number of seminars, workshops and courses, both in Mexico and abroad in various subjects, among which are Personal Data Protection, IT and Communications Law, Copyrights and Related Rights, Intellectual Property, Electronic Commerce and American and International Law.
He has a broad experience in the analysis and implementation of legal strategies in the areas of IP litigation and Personal Data Protection compliance. His professional practice focuses on intellectual property consulting, contracts and litigation, including dispute resolution of domain names and border measures to prevent the importation of counterfeit merchandise. In addition, he has participated in the management of intangible asset portfolios of transnational companies with presence in Mexico, the United States, Europe, Asia and Central America.
He has been professor in charge of the Intellectual Property course in the degrees of Law, Marketing, International Business, Entertainment Business Management, as well as in the Master’s Degree in Corporate Law at the Universidad Anáhuac, in the Master’s Degree in Law at the Universidad Mondragón and Law degree at Celaya University.
Oscar is member of the Academy of American and International Law (by academic merit), Honorary member of the Editorial Board of the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo.
Lecturer and advisor invited by the Government of the State of Querétaro and the Municipality of Querétaro, as well as various public and private universities to address issues related to Intellectual Property.
