Paulina Burkle

Paulina is a strategic competitive achiever, who graduated with an honorable mention from the Universidad Anáhuac, as well as several Academic Excellence Recognitions awarded by this university. She received the National Excellence Award for the results obtained in the CENEVAL (National Evaluation Center of Higher Education) Evaluation for the Law Degree. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Industrial Property, Copyrights and New Technologies from the Universidad Panamericana.

Before undertaking her own professional project with PUNTO TRES, she was part of the IP and Data Protection area in Basham, Ringe & Correa.  

Paulina has experience in the international management of IP portfolios.   Her practice has focused on analysis on Data Protection compliance, filing and prosecution of trademark and copyright related administrative proceedings, as well as consulting, litigation and drafting and revising legal documents in these areas.  

Today, as founding partner in PUNTO TRES, she specializes in contract negotiation and drafting, as well as counseling in Trademarks and Copyrights.
